spinning pet peeve
While my foot is healing (after running sunday and monday with lots of pain, i decided i need to give my foot some serious time off) I've been spinning and riding the (yawn) elliptical. It's ok, but i like running because the scenery changes. Anyway, spinning is good but really hard and i hate it when the instructor says 5 more seconds, then we continue for 45 seconds. This morning the instructor was all about sprints and he kept doing that. Maybe that explains why his class was not even 1/4 full.
