manolo blah-ken
Today I decided to wear my blue Manolo Blahnik Caroline's. They are one of the most comfortable shoes I own. However, it is not comfortable when the heel breaks. That's right, the right heel snapped in two. This is my second pair of Manolo's this year that have broken. I am careful not to drive in them, I don't step in sidewalk grates in them, but they still break. I have other shoes that are in the same league as manolo and hell I also have Nine West shoes with tall heels. None of them have broken. I guess that teaches me a lesson.
btw, the first pair that broke, actually broke twice. I took them back to Neiman to have them fixed. Neiman ships them back to the manufacturer for fixing. Then they give them back to me. I had to do that twice with the last pair and I'm not convinced they'll last that long on this fix.
