so what do you think? ouch comes to mind, but aside from that is the fact that South Africa has such a bad rape problem that a woman would conciously get ready in the morning and affix this device before heading out for the day. that is scary.
also what if you were to legitimatly pick up a woman at a bar and she just forgets to remove this contraption?

that is some scary scary stuff. i cringed reading that...of course i agree that any rapist deserves his cock chopped off...but yikes, i could envision this resulting in some really PO'd rapists being uber violent towards the women wearing such devices.
